In 2025, we sent 185kg (8 boxes) of used soccer gear from Japan to the children in the Hualngoram region of Chin State.

2025年、日本から185kg（8箱分）の中古サッカー用品を、ミャンマー・チン州のホゥアルンゴラム地域（Hualngoram）に発送しました。 

After a long 8-month journey, 185kg of used soccer equipment sent from Japan has finally reached Hualngoram!

Since leaving Japan in April 2025, these boxes faced countless challenges:
Major delays due to the March earthquake.
Weeks of being stuck at the port due to administrative stalls.
New, strict junta regulations creating a constant risk of confiscation.
Blocked transport routes due to intensified conflict.　

Dec 16: Arrived in Kalay, Sagaing Region.

Dec 19: Arrived in Tio, Chin State. And finally on Dec 21, they reached Hualngoram!

8ヶ月の長い旅を経て、ミャンマー・チン州のホゥアルンゴラムに無事到着！

2025年4月に日本を出発したこの荷物は、想像を絶する困難に直面しました。 3月の地震の影響による配送遅延 ・行政の停滞による港での数週間にわたる留置 ・軍事政権による没収リスクを伴う厳しい輸入規制 ・紛争激化による物流ルートの遮断
一時はバスの運行も止まり、配送ルートの変更を余儀なくされました。

遠回りでも安全を最優先しルートを選びながら、12月16日に中継都市サガイン地方Kalayカレイに到着。 1

2月19日にチン州ティオへ。

そして12月21日、ついに最終目的地ホゥアルンゴラムへ！

Here is the cost breakdown for this difficult journey:

Japan 日本➡️Yangon ヤンゴン (Sea Mail 船便）:

¥54,000 (approx. $350 USD)

Yangon ヤンゴン ➡️Kalay カレー ➡️Tio ティオ (Inland 陸路):

¥50,000 (approx. $320 USD)

Total Shipping Cost 輸送費合計:

¥104,000 (approx. $670 USD)

The second leg of the journey (Yangon to Tio) was particularly challenging due to the current situation, but as you can see in the video, the boxes safely reached the mountains! 

Our staff are overjoyed, commenting that the amount and quality of goods is excellent.

特に後半の「ヤンゴンからチン州」への陸路は、現在のミャンマー情勢において非常に困難なルートですが、無事に届けることができました。現地から「量も質も申し分ない」と感謝の言葉が届いています。
