This September,  HMJ funded a teacher’s training course in Hualngoland, a remote region in Chin State Myanmar.

今年9月、HMJはHPOミャンマー・チン州の奥地、Hualngolandで教師養成クラスを実施するために資金援助しました。 

Among the 100 teachers who participated, many of them are volunteers without prior teaching experience. To achieve quality education, these volunteers need to be provided with essential training in teaching methodologies. 

参加した100名のうち、多くは教師経験のないボランティアです。質の高い教育を実現するためには、必要不可欠な教授法を学ぶ場をを提供する必要があります。

HPO Education introduces a “Child Center Approach” which enables teachers to guide students and communities toward a brighter future.

HPOの教育部では、「子どもためのアプローチ」を導入し、教師が生徒やコミュニティを明るい未来へと導ける仕組みとなっています。

The course encompasses not only regular study subjects but broader knowledge such as life skills, discipline, knowledge of mental health, environmental responsibility, emergency preparedness, and community development

学業のみならずライフスキル、しつけ、メンタルヘルス、環境問題、緊急事態への備え、地域発展なども教えられます

Guiding this initiative are seven experienced teachers and one dedicated volunteer, forming a team of eight educators. Please stay tuned as we will share more about the course.
