“Our house is collapsing” 「

Here is an interview from our last donation.

My name is Aye Aye Thwe and I am 36 years old.  I have 3 children.  They are 10, 4 and 2 month old.

My husband’s job is a motorcycle driver. (*Similar to a taxi, they carry people on a motorcycle.) My husband’s job is not doing well because it is getting dangerous.  People doing this kind of job get robbed quite often these days. He has to be careful and avoid certain places.

Our house is collapsing. The poles need to be changed but we can’t do anything about it because making enough money for food is even so difficult these days.

Donation of rice is really good for us because once we have rice, dishes are not difficult.  There are some vegetables growing around our house and this can be a good side dish once we have rice.

Aye Aye Thwe, 36
