One of our main activities is the distribution of rice to poor families in Dalah, Yangon.
Before each distribution, our partner NPO members consult with pastor Saya Htet Paing who lives in the area and discuss how much rice we need to buy. Upon receiving an estimate, we send the money from Japan. The church makes exchange tickets for rice and passes them out beforehand to the households that would receive rice. Thanks to this process, there is no confusion on the day of distribution.

ハートシップ・ミャンマー・ジャパンの主な活動のひとつが、ヤンゴンの貧困地域ダラでの米配布です。米の配布を行う際には、まず現地のパートナーNPOのメンバーが地域に住むSaya Htet Paing牧師と相談し、どれくらいのお米が必要なのかを話し合います。そして、送ってもらった見積りを元に、日本から送金します。教会が米の引換券を作り、事前に米を受け取る世帯に配ってくれるおかげで、配布当日は混乱もなくスムーズです。
